All theCOLLECTIVE event bookings are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can occasionally change. Where you’re no longer able to attend, we may, at our discretion and subject to availability, allow the value of your ticket to be transferred to another theCOLLECTIVE event of the same or lower ticket value.
Any transfer must be agreed by theCOLLECTIVE in advance and is not guaranteed. Where the alternative event has a lower ticket value, the difference will not be refunded or credited.
Tickets may not be transferred to another person without prior approval, as many of our experiences are intentionally curated and guest lists are managed accordingly.
If an event is cancelled by theCOLLECTIVE, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another experience.
